4. SB 362 Compliance (Commercial Financing)

To the extent applicable under California SB 362 (2026), any pricing metric or financing amount discussed during the application process will be accompanied by an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) disclosure. We do not use the terms "interest" or "rate" in a deceptive manner. All rates discussed are annual simple interest rates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By submitting your information, you consent to receive all legal disclosures, term sheets, and communications electronically. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent information. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who provides false "Business Purpose" representations to gain access to commercial financing.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
